This is a unique chance for an Underwriting Administrator to join a company committed to professional growth and development in a supportive and friendly work environment.What You Will Do:Underwrite new business and renewals for Commercial Insurance risks, ensuring the best possible terms for clients.Collaborate closely with colleagues to manage seamless transitions through changes and the renewals process.Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance your underwriting skills, supported by structured training and coaching.Build and maintain external relationships with Insurers to negotiate favourable terms.Uphold strict compliance standards across all activities.Deliver first-class service to all stakeholders, contributing positively to team dynamics.Who They Are Looking For:Experience: We are keen to speak with diligent individuals who have a background in administration and are looking to forge a career in insurance underwriting. While experience in insurance products is advantageous, it is not essential.Skills: A successful candidate will be hardworking, with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
