As our IT Director of Platforms, Data & Digital Services, you will define and lead the strategic direction for our UK&I digital, application and data landscape. Your leadership will shape the platforms, services and capabilities that underpin our future success. You’ll work closely with the CFO, executive leadership and wider UK&I leadership team, leading a talented team of specialists across Data, Applications, Portfolio and Business Partnering. What You’ll Do Set and deliver the UK&I digital platforms and data strategy, aligned with our business goals. Lead major transformation programmes, including ERP transition, application modernisation, and unified communications. Champion data as a strategic asset, driving insight, intelligence and improved decision-making. Accelerate innovation, automation and AI adoption to enhance customer and colleague experiences. Build strong relationships with senior leaders, ensuring technology solutions meet business needs. Lead, develop and motivate a high-performing digital and IT team. Oversee budgets, vendor partnerships and governance to ensure value and delivery excellence. About You You’re an experienced IT Director or senior technology leader with a passion for delivering enterprise-scale transformation. You combine strategic vision with the drive to execute change that is meaningful, sustainable and aligned to business priorities. You bring : Proven experience operating at IT Director level within complex or multi-site organisations. A strong track record shaping digital, data or application strategies and delivering enterprise-wide transformation. Demonstrable experience leading ERP transitions and large modernisation programmes. Strong understanding of data strategy, analytics, cloud platforms and digital enablement. Expertise across enterprise environments such as Microsoft , Azure and Power Platform. Excellent communication and influencing skills, including at Board level. A leadership style that develops people and builds collaborative, accountable teams. Commercial acumen and the ability to support strategic decision‑making.
