Overview Join us as a Repairs Data Lead at Thirteen Group Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Repairs Data Lead to join our Repairs team. As our directorate’s go-to person for all things data, insight, and performance, you’ll have a key role in enhancing customer outcomes, increasing efficiencies, and ensuring a seamless, integrated customer journey. This is a roam role, so you’ll work at least one day a week from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough. We’ll need you to be flexible around business and team need, so you may need to come into the office more frequently when required. Key Responsibilities You’ll lead a culture of data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement across Repairs, supporting service transformation and strategic planning. Analyse operational, financial, and customer data to spot trends, risks, opportunities, and provide innovative solutions. Create dashboards and reports that keep us informed and are centred on customer needs. Identify and address gaps in repairs data capture, quality and reporting processes. Make sure our data is accurate, reliable, and meets regulatory standards, such as Awaab’s Law and Customer Standards. Provide data insights which deliver efficiencies, unlock new ways of working, and boost productivity, to enhance customer outcomes. About You This is a data-led role, so it goes without saying that you’ll be an expert when it comes to data analysis and business intelligence. To understand our data, you’ll need to have experience of working within repairs, maintenance, supply chain or asset management in housing or similar service environment. An excellent communicator and collaborator, with experience of translating complex data into clear insights. Committed to improving customer outcomes, you’ll be skilled in analysing, interpreting and presenting complex data sets.
