Finance Manager£50,000-£57,000Tewkesbury with 2 days WFHHands-on Finance Manager role for an international Tewkesbury business, managing a small team, owning the month-end process, getting involved in projects and partnering with the likes of Sales and site management. Opportunities for progression both locally and abroad. Would suit a qualified accountant who loves working with stakeholders, is keen to learn, take something on and own it and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities will include:Overseeing reporting, budgeting, forecasting, AP/AR, inventory, and cost controlDelivering first class management reporting and financial insight to a range of internal stakeholdersProducing financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planningManaging, coaching and developing a small UK-based finance teamDriving process improvements, transformation initiatives, and internal control enhancementsAnalysing pricing and the drivers of profitability to support sustainable growthLending support to M&A activities, due diligence, and business case developmentWe're looking to:Ideally a qualified accountant with experience in a similar roleNeedn't be extensive but some previous management experienceExamples of project delivery such as supporting with a new ERP roll-outStrong management reporting experienceAble to provide financial insight to Sales and leadership teamA first rate communicator who engages well at all levelsA good level of proficiency with ExcelWe are happy to provide application and/or accessibility support, please contact your Marks Sattin or Grafton consultant directly to discuss your needs.
