OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Python Developer with experience in the trading domain and FIX protocol to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a deep understanding of trading systems, and expertise in the Financial Information Exchange (FIX) protocol.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance trading applications using Python.Implement and support FIX protocol-based solutions for trading systems.Collaborate with traders, quants, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.Optimize and troubleshoot trading algorithms and systems to ensure high performance and reliability.Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure code quality and stability.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in the trading domain.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience for more than 6+ years as a Python Developer in the trading domain.Experience with trading systems, market data, and order management systems.Proficiency in Python programming and related frameworks/libraries.Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data structures.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Additional InformationAt Version 1, we believe in providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that prioritises their well-being, professional growth, and financial stability.
