What You’ll Do Pitch, prototype, test, build, ship, and refine new features. Refine UI/UX patterns across iOS and Android apps. Rethink onboarding and core user flows. Influence the product roadmap. Improve design processes and shape the design organization. Ideal Candidate Demonstrated experience delivering consumer‑facing products on multiple platforms, covering research, discovery, prototyping, and delivery. Strong product thinking, able to articulate strategy, vision and execution; comfortable working with data and PMs to identify opportunities. Customer‑centric, skilled at gathering and applying user feedback. Collaborative, able to inspire, negotiate, and work closely with PMs, engineers and executives. Craft skills: typography, information design, micro‑interactions; curious about audio and familiar with iOS, Android and web constraints. Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detail. Self‑starter in a high‑growth, remote startup environment; knows when to focus and when to engage.
