We provide exceptional standards of Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 86 residents in a luxurious and welcoming setting. We are now looking for a talented and passionate Chef to join our friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our residents enjoy high-quality, nutritious and comforting meals every day. There will be times when you are the sole Chef on shift, taking full responsibility for the kitchen. What We Offer £13.57 per hour40 hours per weekPaid PVG, Pension scheme, Uniform provided5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract) Your RoleAs Chef, you will prepare, cook and serve balanced, nutritious meals that meet the dietary and nutritional needs of our residents. You will help plan menus alongside the Head Chef, making the most of fresh ingredients and residents’ preferences. You will take ownership of the kitchen when working independently, ensuring meals are delivered on time, to a high standard, and in compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations. You will also maintain accurate food safety logs, stock rotation records and assist in the management of kitchen supplies.
