Associate Resuscitation Practitioner – Richmond Pharmacology Location: London Bridge, SE1 Term: Flexible (Full‑time / Part‑time) Salary: Competitive + Benefits (Private Medical, Private Dental, Pension, 25 days Annual leave plus bank holidays & more) Richmond Pharmacology is an early‑phase Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) conducting pioneering healthy participant and patient participant trials. Our experienced, world‑renowned team, central London location and global reach make Richmond Pharmacology an exciting, dynamic place to work. The Acute Clinical Management Division provides advanced emergency solutions and management of clinical emergencies to ensure a safe environment for trials. An enthusiastic registered Nurse, Paramedic or ODP with a minimum of 2 years post‑qualification is invited to join our division in first‑in‑human pharmacological research as an Associate Resuscitation Practitioner. Key Responsibilities: Deliver evidence‑based training on study‑specific emergency management. Lead RCUK ILS course and future ALS courses. Provide safety training for clinical staff. Offer clinical support in medical emergencies, particularly in patient‑participant studies. Provide training for staff and external candidates in ILS and future ALS courses. Supervise or perform aseptic cannulation on dosing mornings and provide safety cover. Lead drug‑free plasma donation studies. Maintain registration and clinical acuity by working one clinical shift per week in your profession. Qualifications & Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification as an RN, Paramedic or ODP. • Ability to work well under pressure and attention to detail. • Fluent in English, spoken and written. • Self‑motivation, enthusiasm and teamwork skills are essential. • Willingness to follow the RPL Learning and Development examination system to meet high performance standards. Training Package: A generous package will be offered to develop you towards Advance Life Support (ALS) Instructor status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
