Job OverviewOur client, a leading childcare provider in London, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full Time 3rd In Charge – Toddler Room Leader to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the toddler room and ensuring the highest quality of care and education for children aged between 18 months and 3 years.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Room Leader and Deputy Room Leader in the day‑to‑day running of the toddler room.Plan and implement age‑appropriate activities that promote the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children.Maintain accurate records of children's progress, development, and daily routines.Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates and feedback on their child's development.Ensure the safety and well‑being of children at all times, following safeguarding and health and safety procedures.Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.QualificationsMinimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years.Experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.Passion for supporting the development and well‑being of young children.Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.BenefitsSalary of £14.00 per hour (equates to £26,208 per annum for a 36‑hour week or £29,120 per annum for a 40‑hour week).50% off childcare fees for your own children.Free hot lunch provided daily.Onsite parking facilities.Regular staff events and social gatherings.Ongoing training and upskilling opportunities, with the potential to work towards a Level 5 qualification or Early Years Teacher status.Working Hours32 hours over 4 days, with shifts from 8:00 to 5:00 or 9:00 to 6:00.36 hours over 4 days, with shifts from 8:00 to 6:00.40 hours over 5 days, with shifts from 8:00 to 5:00 or 9:00 to 6:00.If you are a dedicated and enthusiastic early years professional looking for a rewarding role in a supportive and inclusive environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
