Customer Engagement Senior Manager – Pay Later Salary: £76,194pa to £106,400pa (dependent on location and experience) plus benefits. Location: Leeds or London. Hours: 35 hours, full time. Key Responsibilities Lead the customer engagement strategy for a pay‑later credit product, ensuring repeat spend is responsible. Coordinate campaigns with central marketing to increase adoption and repeat spend. Collaborate with UX and design to create customer‑first journeys. Develop and launch a shopping portal that offers merchant deals to encourage repeat spend. Use data and insights to shape engagement strategies, target merchants, and design offers. Champion the customer voice, embedding research and feedback loops throughout delivery. Monitor and report on success, focusing on responsible repeat spend and clear customer benefit. About You Experience in customer engagement, CRM strategy and communications. Experience in digital product management, launching and scaling e‑commerce customer experiences. Proven ability to drive repeat spend and loyalty through propositions. Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and stakeholder influence across design, marketing, loyalty, tech and commercial teams. Commercially savvy, data‑driven and passionate about customer‑first experiences. Do‑er mindset with senior stakeholder management and team‑building ability. Ability to thrive in an agile, fast‑paced environment with ambitious goals. Experience in financial services or embedded finance is a plus.
