Now, Let’s Get Down to Business This dual role combines high‑level executive support with responsibility for office management. The successful candidate will provide proactive assistance to the General Manager, Northwest Europe, and the wider hub leadership team, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional office experience. Executive Support Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and hub leadership team. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conferences and events. Enhance PowerPoint presentations with strong attention to aesthetics and brand consistency. Assist with commercial planning activities, including maintaining the planning calendar. Financial Administration Raise purchase orders (POs) and manage invoice sign-off processes in line with company policy. Office Management Act as the primary contact for the landlord and oversee all office-related matters. Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries. Support initiatives to enhance workplace culture and "teammate joy" through engagement activities. Ensure the office environment is well‑maintained, safe, and conducive to productivity. Ownership of office facilities management, working closely with building Reception and external Facilities provider. Responsible for maintaining stock levels, office supplies, etc. Meetings & Conferences Organise and support internal and external meetings, including logistics, catering, and technology setup. Coordinate UK conferences, parties and leadership events, ensuring seamless execution. Support customer brand days and meetings. Event coordination of ad hoc events. You want to make your mark and let your personality shine. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint for presentation design. Familiarity with financial processes such as PO raising and invoice management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
