Externals Site Manager – Multi-Phased Residential Project - West London We’re working with a highly regarded UK housebuilder with a strong track record of delivering high-quality residential schemes across London and the South East. They’re currently looking to appoint an Externals Site Manager to join the team on a large, multi-phased residential development in West London. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Site Manager to join a stable and well-structured business, gain experience on a flagship project, and progress their career within an established team. Key Responsibilities Support the Project Manager with the day-to-day running of site operations Coordinate and manage sub-contractors and trades to ensure programme and quality targets are met Maintain a strong focus on health & safety and compliance across site activities Assist in carrying out quality inspections and ensuring work is completed to a high standard Contribute to weekly progress meetings and liaise closely with internal departments and external stakeholders Requirements Previous experience working as a Site Manager on residential developments managing Externals packages Good understanding of NHBC standards and build processes Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail Excellent communication and leadership abilities Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates What’s on offer Competitive salary and package Opportunity to work on a flagship, multi-phased scheme with a reputable housebuilder Genuine career progression within a supportive team If you are interested in being considered for this position please apply with your up to date CV today Seniority Level Mid-Senior Employment Type Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
