About the Employer:

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Assist surgeons during procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
* Maintain a sterile environment and monitor patient vitals.
* Provide comprehensive pre and post-operative care.
* Prepare the operating theatre, sterilise instruments, and ensure all surgical equipment is functional.
What We’re Looking For:
* Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with active NMC pin or HCPC registration.
* Experience in theatre nursing and surgical assistance.
* Knowledge of sterilisation techniques and infection control.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to manage high-stress environments and critical situations.
* Ideally multi-skilled across Scrub, Anaesthetics, and Recovery, but single skills in Scrub, Anaesthetics or Recovery are also welcome.
