Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and empathetic SEN Support Workers to join our team, providing essential, one-to-one, and group support within thriving primary and secondary Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across Luton and the surrounding areas. Your Impactful Responsibilities Will Include: Facilitating Learning: Guide students through their daily learning activities, adapting strategies to meet individual needs and learning styles. Empowering Well-being: Actively promote and support the social, emotional, and behavioral development of pupils, building resilience and confidence. Creating Safe Spaces: Help maintain a stimulating, safe, and positive environment conducive to effective learning. Strategic Collaboration: Work alongside classroom teachers to execute personalized learning plans and enhance overall classroom engagement. Implementing Key Plans: Assist diligently with the practical delivery of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). We are searching for compassionate individuals who are ready to commit to making a difference. Essential Experience: Prior experience supporting children or adults, ideally within an educational, care, or related setting. Knowledge Base: Familiarity with the challenges and rewards of supporting Special Educational Needs, including experience with challenging behaviors.
