This role will contribute to the delivery, development, and innovation of courses and programs and to the supervision of students in the UNSW‑Project‑Management‑Programs and Master of Project Management (Canberra). Responsibilities Deliver courses and programs within the School of Engineering and Technology. Develop and innovate curriculum for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Supervise students in the Project Management programmes. Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the academic community. Qualifications PhD in project management or a closely related discipline, or a Master’s degree with substantive experience in course design and delivery. Profound understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Practical experience in the project management industry, enabling integration of theory with real‑world application. Experience in course development and delivery at postgraduate and/or undergraduate level. Demonstrated success in initiating curriculum development and improvement. Commitment to mentoring students and potential for leadership within the academic community. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive approach to professional development, staying abreast of latest trends and pedagogical approaches.
