This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional who excels at building strategic partnerships, navigating complex sales cycles, and driving significant revenue growth. You'll lead new business acquisition with enterprise and mid-market accounts, while having substantial autonomy to shape commercial strategy and influence product direction. You'll partner closely with sales leadership, product, engineering, and the wider Commercial team to drive impact. What does this role involve? Lead strategic prospecting and pipeline development for high-value clients and enterprise partners for Found by Lottie. Deliver sophisticated product demonstrations that align Found's capabilities with complex client needs and strategic objectives. Own and execute the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise deals, from initial engagement through to contract signature. Negotiate complex contracts and commercial terms with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. Cultivate strategic, long-term partnerships with key clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. Mentor and support junior members of the sales team, sharing best practices and elevating team performance. Partner with the Customer Success team to architect seamless onboarding experiences for strategic accounts. Drive market intelligence and provide strategic insights to the Product and Commercial teams to inform roadmap and GTM strategy. What problems will you be solving? We think you’ll be a great fit if… Substantial experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and closing mid-market to enterprise deals. Deep expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with confidence and strategic acumen. Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to build credibility with C-suite and senior decision-makers. Strong commercial acumen, including contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and deal structuring. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and contribute to broader commercial strategy. Natural collaborator who thrives working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
