This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of business areas and work on strategic projects both in the UK and with international teams. As part of a growing Change Management team, you'll play a key role in supporting medium‑term strategy initiatives, driving change across business processes, manufacturing, and more. You'll be joining a team of 10 professionals, with structured onboarding and mentorship to help you thrive. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the implementation of organizational change initiatives. Conduct impact assessments and develop tailored change strategies. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in the UK and internationally. Influence stakeholders and drive adoption of change programs. Deliver consistent and timely execution of change plans. What We're Looking For Essential Skills Proven work in Change Management (3-5 years). Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder engagement skills. Self‑starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently. Desirable Certification in Organizational Change Management. Worked in HR, strategic communications, or project management. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, PowerPoint (design skills a plus), and Power BI (training provided). Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication. Adaptability and time management. Confidence in presenting and collaborating live with teams. Highly organized and relationship‑oriented.
