Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Tutor to join our team, focusing on Looked After Children students. You will play a vital role in supporting their academic progress and personal development, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve success. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions in a variety of subjects. Tailor lessons to meet individual student needs and learning styles. Support students in developing study skills, self-confidence, and academic resilience. Collaborate with carers, social workers, and school staff to create a supportive learning environment. Monitor and report on student progress. Attend training sessions and professional development as required. Qualifications and Skills Experience working with Looked After Children or vulnerable student groups. Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a difference in student's lives. Flexibility and adaptability in responding to student needs. Continuous professional development opportunities.
