We are seeking a dedicated and passionate **Post-16 SEN Tutor **to join our team at our **Vocational Centre** for students aged **16-19** with **additional needs **based in **Rotherham**. As a Tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students by providing personalised educational support. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students
- Assess students' learning needs and develop customised lesson plans
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage and motivate students
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to create a supportive learning environment
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Incorporate educational resources and materials into tutoring sessions

**Requirements**:

- A teaching qualification relevant to the Post 16 sector i.e. PTTLS, DTTLS, PGCE Significant experience in a SEN school or college environment
- Experience in teaching students with SLD and MLD
- Experience preferable in Functional Skills
- Located at Forest View site

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£43,000.00 per hour
