A DBS check isrequired for this role.Main duties of the jobYou will:Providestructured peer support, information, and guidance to individuals acrossKensington, Chelsea and Westminster who are living with common and complexmental health needs.Facilitateone to one sessions, peer support groups, and mental health/ wellbeingworkshops that promote recovery, resilience, and connection.Shareyour lived experience of mental health challenges and recovery to build trust,inspire hope, and model responsibility.Workcollaboratively with NHS Talking Therapies, Community Living Well, and otherstatutory and voluntary services to ensure coordinated, person-centred support.Supportindividuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and age groups, usinginterpreters when needed to ensure inclusive and accessible support.You are:Someone with personal lived experienceof mental health challenges and recovery, and confident in sharing your journeyto support others.Skilled in building trustingrelationships, using active listening and clear communication to connect withpeople from diverse backgrounds.Able to work collaboratively within ateam and alongside external partners to provide coordinated support.Organised and able to manage your timeeffectively, keeping accurate records and following safeguarding procedures.Reflective and open to feedback, usingsupervision and training to grow in your role.Committed to inclusive,recovery focused practice and passionate about empowering others to takecontrol of their wellbeing.About usWere a leading community-basedorganisationdedicated to providing outstanding mental health support and clinical interventions across London.
