This placement will support the delivery of the elite physical development programme across the Women’s Academy pathway. Working as part of an experienced interdisciplinary team, you will gain hands‑on experience in planning, delivering, and reviewing on‑field, gym, and rehabilitation sessions that enhance the physical development of players. You will work closely with coaches, the Head of Physical Performance, and performance scientists to support player monitoring, testing, and data collection, helping to solve performance challenges. You’ll also contribute to the design of individual training and development programmes, translating data into actionable insights to support player progression. Requirements Essential Criteria Must form part of a degree programme ending after January 2027. Ability to commit to the full 2026/27 season. Enhanced DBS check with Child’s Barred List required.
