About the Role As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our expansion into the Enterprise Workplace sector for our market-leading product Read&Write. You will focus on prospecting and winning new business across mid-market and SMB accounts (up to 10,000 employees). This role requires agility, adaptability, and strong pipeline generation. Your sales style is value-led, collaborative, and structured. With a persuasive mindset and ability to listen and understand, you will build productive relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels. Main Responsibilities Identify, pursue, engage, and close direct sales opportunities across the UK. Build and manage a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting (using MEDDPICC). Deliver against ARR, logo capture, and customer engagement targets. Prospect proactively to create self-generated opportunities alongside inbound leads. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Technical Support. Represent Everway at events and exhibitions. Maintain accurate CRM records and analyse KPIs to track progress. 3+ years’ experience in a sales role Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proven ability to prospect, generate pipeline, and win new business. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience using Salesforce or another CRM; proficiency with Google Suite/MS Office. Strong planning and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple opportunities at pace. Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC (training can be provided). MEDDPICC Certification. Demonstrable track record of driving incremental revenue generation by acquiring new customers. Experience with social media platforms in a B2B environment (e.g., LinkedIn).
