Job Title Regional Operations Manager – ERIKS UK & Ireland Location UK Travel (Preferred locations: Derby, Stoke, Manchester) Job Description ERIKS UK&I OnSite teams are based directly on-site with our customers, playing a critical role in managing and optimising the industrial supply chain. We ensure the right engineering components, MRO products, and services are always on hand, helping reduce downtime, improve efficiency, and keep industry running smoothly. About the Role Responsible for the delivery of operational, commercial and service excellence across a defined set of contracts. Key Responsibilities From contract award, placing ERIKS in the best position to succeed, working in collaboration with the new business, operational excellence and implementation teams. Ensuring each OnSite operates to the ERIKS standard and is audited through the relevant procedures, evidenced through site visits, customer meetings and regional level discussions. Deliver the Auditing Action Plan for each OnSite location (as created by the Operational Excellence Lead) and share monthly updates with the customer as part of the Monthly Service Review. Manage OnSite stakeholder engagement through KPI attendance, regular customer interactions and Auditing Pulse Survey completion. Drive regionally led employee engagement messages and initiatives. Commercial responsibility for the budget, leadership of workstream initiatives to support revenue generation, and identification and delivery of commercial betterment (SOW, margin enhancement). Primary point of contact for issue escalation outside of OnSite. Risk prevention management via oversight of team and contract performance. Support contract renegotiations and demonstrate continuous improvement to support the ERIKS partnership. Act as a positive role model and leader for the team, ensuring reporting team members have clearly defined roles and objectives, are fully trained and motivated to achieve required performance standards. Working Hours Mon – Fri: 08:00 – 17:00 Total Hours: 40 Breaks: 60 minutes Key Skills, Experience & Requirements Experience managing high‑performance teams. Strong team player with a desire to support the delivery of common business goals. Sets and maintains high standards of work; experienced in managing operational excellence. Monitors performance against deadlines and milestones. Strong leadership skills with proven ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written, oral and presentational. Customer‑focused, with a passion for satisfaction. Innovative and proactive in seeking better solutions. Consultative and collaborative communication style.
