**The kind of things you’ll be doing**

The role of a Regional Manager is to provide transformational leadership and high impact coaching in order to support the branch management team to achieve results ensuring decisions that are made are right for our people and our customers.

This role covers our stores in Chesterfield, Dearne Valley, Derby, Doncaster, Grimsby, Hull, Leicester, Lincoln, Loughborough, Mansfield, Nottingham, Nottingham Giltbrook, Rotherham, Scunthorpe, and Sheffield

Basic starting salary of £60K, with a realistic OTE of £120K per annum

Duties include:

- Accountability for the regions KPIs
- People focussed - responsible for the employee cycle for your region i.e. recruitment, talent, performance management, engagement etc.
- Ensuring operational standards are achieved and stores deliver a first class customer experience
- Implement company initiatives in an engaging and inspiring way across your region
- Helping to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
- Build long standing relationships with key contacts internally and externally
- Identify areas for improvement and be instrumental in driving change delivering change to improve systems and processes
- Lead by example providing consistent leadership and direction to the team to create a high performing team culture
- Identify gaps in the quality of our service that we offer to customers and drive improvements by working with other key areas of the business
- Ensure practices follow company procedures and Health and Safety requirements are adhered to
