Sales Team LeaderSalary potential: £80,000 a year (OTE)Location – Leeds£24,000pa guaranteed basic salary as well as an uncapped commission scheme.As a guideline, our top performers usually earn more than £80,000 Successful Sales Team Leaders can typically earn between £50,000 and £65,000 per year.Verisure is the number 1 alarm company in Europe with more than 5 million customers in residential and small businesses.Due to our continuous growth, we are now looking for experienced Sales Team Leaders to join our Company with the purpose of managing one of our field sales teams and lead them to success.If you are experienced in managing people, are passionate about selling, earning money and making a difference this is the job for youYour mission as a Team Leader:Manage & grow your team, oversee their performance and execute the sales planBe accountable to achieve not only your individual but also your team’s sales targetsMotivate team members and give them feedback in order to let them improveBuild a team environment and help to develop sales stars of the futureLive and breathe the Verisure Culture, as a key fundamental pillar of the CompanyTrain and support salespeople in the team to help them to achieve monthly targetsConvert warm leads provided into a sale and create opportunities for additional sales through referral generation.
