D3 Office Group is one of the North's largest suppliers of office equipment, workwear, print and furniture. Due to an internal promotion, we are looking to recruit a sales support team leader based at our site in Sherburn in Elmet, between Leeds and York.

**Job Title**: Sales Support Team Leader

**Reporting to**: Head of Operations

**Job Purpose**: The sales support team Leader is responsible for the day to day smooth running of the sales office in Sherburn in Elmet, including two colleagues who work remotely.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To manage the business supplies sales support seam of 4 people
- To maintain excellent relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues in other departments at all times
- To ensure enquiries, orders and requests for return are handling promptly and effectively
- To effectively handle customer quotations, balancing the needs of a prompt reply with alerting the Business Development Manager of any larger enquiries for which extra support may be needed
- To check profit margins daily, increasing prices where necessary and highlighting areas of concern with Business Development Managers where this is not immediately possible
- To maintain up to date contract prices for telesales accounts and assist Business Development Managers with their contract price updates as cost prices increase
- To arrange regular customer service telephone calls to existing accounts, maintaining a call-back schedule of these calls so Business Development Managers are kept up to date of any queries or opportunities
- To assist Business Development Managers with back-office duties, such as individual quotations, tenders, information gathering and contract price support
- To ensure the sales support team are trained to perform to the best of their ability
- To ensure the sales support team is fully trained and briefed on other aspects of D3’s business, such as workwear, interiors, PPE and print
- To perform any other duties as required by the business

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
