They are a trusted source of advice for clients, reinforcing Gartner’s value every day by engaging them to solve complex business challenges.This Analyst will be a member of a team that provides technical analysis and implementation advice to Gartner client companies for AI-Powered Data Analytics topics within Gartner’s IT Role Based Products practice in the Gartner Business and Technology Insights organization.What you will doCreate innovative and thought provoking technical analysis and best practice implementation content for the Gartner for Technical Professionals product offering. (Clients are Data Analytics Architects/Engineers and similar roles in large, global companies in Europe/UK)Deliver high-impact content for and engage with Gartner clients on insights and best practices for evolving data and analytics environments to prepare for AI/GenAI technologies, including many topics such as: Agentic Analytics, AI-Powered Analytics, Decision Intelligence, Graph Analytics, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, Analytics Engineering, and AI Data EngineeringDevelop new research and ideas through thought leadership and offer compelling, actionable approaches to client\'s needs and requests that accelerate the client\'s ability to act.Develop in-depth technical analysis and implementation guidance to identify the root cause of business challenges and reframe thinking to drive strategy forward.Demonstrate thought leadership across a team of analysts.Bring provocative, independent insights to Gartner leaders that can evolve the course of a research agenda.Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice aligned to their designated content area via virtual or face-to-face interactions, with the ability to effectively engage and interact with a broad range of client roles from technical architects to leaders to CIOs.Create and deliver high value presentation materials on and off stage for Gartner events, industry and professional association conferences, and client briefings.Provide sales support serving as voice of the market to help research teams create content and to drive engagement with clients to make progress against their critical priorities to grow their business.Provide high quality and timely research content peer review.Build credibility as an industry expert to represent Gartner research, methodology and strategy.Actively participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions and collaborate effectively with peers in the research community.Identify research process improvements or develop new processes that help the team provide excellent service delivery.Be a mentor and a coach by supporting more junior team members.Be client-centric while actively seeking to help clients engage regularly and often with Gartner research and interactions.What you will needBachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience10+ years of relevant field or industry experienceDemonstrated executive presence; can immediately establish credibility with executives and additional stakeholdersStrong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high quality deliverablesDemonstrated research and writing abilityStrong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills; ability to engage clients and respond effectively to questionsProficient in analyzing and synthesizing data; ability apply frameworks and create/ defend conclusions to client challengesStrong communication skills, ability to explain complex concepts concisely and simplySubject matter expert comfortable presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagementsAbility to work independently, while also being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams and support the workflow of others, in a multicultural global teamLearning agility and the ability to adapt in highly matrixed environmentsAbility to represent Gartner\'s research methodology and strategies effectively at all levels#LI-remote#LI-JA4Who are we?At Gartner, Inc.
