Quality Assurance Manager📍 Watford (Hybrid – 1 day a week at Head Office)We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading construction business for a Quality Assurance Manager to set up and drive the company’s quality strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of quality culture across the business, while developing and mentoring a growing team.What you’ll be doingLead and embed the company-wide quality strategy and cultureManage divisional quality procedures, ensuring standards are met across all projectsSupport and mentor Quality Managers, helping shape their learning and career developmentDevelop and deliver quality training for operational teamsOversee the quality audit programme, ensuring compliance across the businessAct as interim Quality Manager during mobilisation of new projects when requiredInvestigate major quality issues and implement improvementsBuild lasting relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersRepresent the company on best practice forums and provide input to bids at pre-construction stageWhat we’re looking forStrong experience leading quality strategy within a construction environmentKnowledge of auditing, compliance, and embedding best practiceSkilled in mentoring, training, and developing teamsWorking towards or holding Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) status (advantageous)What’s on offerHybrid working (Watford head office once a week)The opportunity to shape and lead quality culture across a leading construction business📩 Interested?
