Location and Hours Location: Christchurch areaHours: 8.30am to 3.30pmAge Group: 5–16 We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and dynamic school environment. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, supporting both primary and secondary students aged 5 to 16. Key Responsibilities As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant you will: Support students aged 5-16 in developing positive behaviour strategies. Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement behaviour plans. Assist in classroom management and interventions. Record and report on student progress and behaviour outcomes. Qualifications and Requirements Minimum 6 months of childcare experience, ideally supporting children with additional needs. A calm, patient, and positive approach to behaviour management.
