We’re looking for a dynamic OT Framework Technical Lead to join our team and drive innovation in water infrastructure resilience, ecological sustainability, and regional growth.As our OT Framework Technical Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a transformative infrastructure enhancement project. You’ll lead the technical strategy and implementation of OT systems, ensuring they’re secure, future-ready, and aligned with our environmental and operational goals. Role includes following responsibilities :Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of OT systems across our infrastructure.Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to integrate OT into strategic developments.Mentor and guide a team of OT engineers and technicians.Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.Your ProfileA degree in Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred)8+ years of experience in OT systems, including 5+ years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of SCADA, PLCs, RTUs, and industrial control systemsExperience in the water industry is a plusSolid understanding of OT security frameworks (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82)If you're excited about this role but don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply, your unique experience could be just what we needWhat you’ll love about working hereOpen access to digital learning platformsExposure to top global companies working with Capgemini (145 of the Fortune 500 companies)Need to knowAll roles will require a level of security clearance; BPSS OR Security Clearance OR Developed Vetting.
