This is a pivotal role in our infrastructure enhancement programme, supporting our mission to build climate-resilient, ecologically sound water systems.As the OT Framework Project Manager, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of a major OT initiative—from planning through to implementation—ensuring it aligns with our strategic goals and integrates seamlessly across our infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of the OT framework projectCoordinate with internal teams, leadership, and external partners to meet project goalsIntegrate OT systems into strategic pipeline and water recycling centre upgrades (AMP8)Align project outcomes with climate resilience and ecological improvement goalsYour Profile8+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years in OT or industrial control systemsStrong understanding of OT systems (e.g., SCADA, PLCs, industrial networks)Proven success delivering large-scale OT projects in critical infrastructureFamiliarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2)Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82)PMP or equivalent certification preferredWhat You’ll Love About Working HereOpen access to digital learning platformsActive employee networks promoting diversity, equity and inclusion like OutFront, CapAbility or Women@CapgeminiExposure to top global companies working with Capgemini (145 of the Fortune 500 companies)Need to knowAll roles will require a level of security clearance; BPSS OR Security Clearance OR Developed Vetting.You can bring your whole self to work.
