Support Worker

We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Support Worker. Must be a Driver with a full manual driver's licence due to service needs. Here at Redwood House in Broadstone, Poole, we provide a supported living service for up to 6 young adults aged 18 to 35. The people we support have learning disabilities, ASD, and other health needs. What you’ll be doing: Promoting and supporting independent living skills. Encouraging choice and involvement. Facilitating access to community activities. Supporting with a small amount of personal care. Shifts will take place between the hours of 8 am and 10 pm and will include a mixture of days and evenings. Shifts may at times, start at 7am.
