Family Time Co‑ordinator Position within Worcestershire County Council, part of Children’s Social Work Services. The Family Time team is an important part of the Children’s Social Work Services in Worcestershire – the new model requires a robust, dynamic and proactive co‑ordinator. Responsibilities Lead the Family Time team, supporting workers responsible for supervising contact between children and their families. Allocate work within the team and manage associated IT processes, including screening and progressing referrals. Coordinate the duty system, supervise Family Time staff and collect feedback from children, families and carers about their experience. Ensure smooth running of the team to meet statutory duties for looked‑after children in care of the Local Authority. Working arrangements This full‑time role (35 hours per week) offers hybrid working, with the option to be office‑based or work remotely.
