What You’ll Do As Facilities Manager, you’ll take ownership of all site-based operations, ensuring smooth delivery and exceptional standards. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the Team: Manage and motivate site operatives, ensuring safety inductions, toolbox talks, and compliance with method statements and risk assessments. Driving Quality & Safety: Oversee work quality, plant and tool usage, PPE compliance, and uphold health and safety standards at all times. Client Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients, senior stakeholders, and local authorities, building strong relationships and trust. Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate records for site attendance, safety inspections, and administration. Ensure all materials meet technical and quality specifications. Financial & Growth Focus: Understand P&L reporting, drive cost control, and identify opportunities for growth and service improvement. Continuous Improvement: Champion change management initiatives to enhance service levels and efficiency. What We’re Looking For Strong leadership skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset. Facilities Management background - in a pharmaceutical / manufacturing environment would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills – able to engage at all levels. Organised and reliable, with great time management and prioritisation abilities. Health and safety awareness and a commitment to compliance.
