EF Cambridge Clare College Summer School is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our Activities & Events Team as Activity Leaders for summer 2026. Position details Full-time, 6 days a week Fixed-term contract between June – August 2026 (minimum two-week commitment) Accommodation and full board available if necessary Responsibilities Lead groups of international students on activities, events, ceremonies and day trips. Create a lively atmosphere on site and during excursions, delivering excellent customer service. Take responsibility for health, safety and well-being of all students, completing risk assessments and responding to emergencies in line with EF policy. Liaise with co-leaders and the Activities and Events Manager to discuss improvement of activities. Ensure the EF behaviour code is followed and report issues to management. Requirements Highly motivated, energetic, positive, sociable and outgoing. Confident leading and managing groups of students. Highly organized and able to work independently. Able to handle difficult situations calmly under pressure. Appreciation of cultural differences and sensitivity to international student needs. Flexible approach to work and available hours essential. First Aider preferred but not essential. Experience with 13-17 year olds preferred. All offers subject to clear enhanced DBS check and two references. Right to work in the UK on commencement of employment. Benefits Work in a truly international environment.
