About the Role We're looking for an agile, driven Commercial Manager to take full ownership of the Turkey and seasonal added‑value categories for our M&S account. This is a fast‑paced, high‑visibility role that will require regular site presence (particularly in Norfolk) and close collaboration with both internal teams and the customer. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a dynamic role where you'll manage a high‑profile category, drive commercial strategy, and influence key decisions across a complex supply chain. Key Responsibilities Own the day‑to‑day commercial management of the Turkey and seasonal categories for M&S Build and maintain strong relationships with the M&S commercial and technical teams Lead cost negotiations, pricing agreements, and commercial forecasting Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of product launches and seasonal packaging changes Align cross‑functional teams (NPD, supply chain, operations) to deliver against customer and business objectives Lead seasonal planning and forecasting to ensure full alignment across the supply base Provide regular reporting, insight, and strategic input into the category and customer performance About You You're an experienced Commercial Manager ideally with a background in Meat, Fish, Poultry, or wider FMCG categories. You thrive in a fast‑moving environment, enjoy managing high‑impact accounts, and have the commercial acumen to drive profitability and growth. Ideally, you'll have experience working with M&S, or other major UK grocery retailers, and be comfortable influencing both internal stakeholders and external partners.
