Fulfilment Shift Leader - Clevedon Superstore Pay rate starts from £14.76 an hour; increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, or a minimum of 12 hours for those who prefer fewer hours. Availability Window Sunday: 06:00 – 14:00 Monday: 15:15 – 19:30 Tuesday: 15:15 – 19:30 Wednesday: 06:00 – 19:30 Responsibilities Work in a fast‑paced retail environment where no day is the same. Take ownership of activities by coordinating a team to deliver. Continuously look for ways to improve service through on‑the‑job coaching and feedback. Understand how the team is performing and deliver practical actions to drive improvement. Ensure the area remains a safe place to work and shop with your guidance. Qualifications Ability to role‑model great, natural customer service ensuring every customer’s needs are met. Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with colleagues to create a team spirit and encourage them to be at their best. Clear communicator using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed. Confidence in taking the lead when needed. Flexible thinking, efficient decision‑making and effective handling of change to serve customers and colleagues. Energy and drive to deliver beyond expectations and balance priorities. Constantly look for ideas and opportunities to serve customers better every day.
