Driver/Warehouse Person – Denmans St Austell Branch Job Type: CDI Schedule: Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 17:00 Overview As a Driver/Warehouse Person, you will be a key member of the team providing great service to customers and branches by ensuring accurate order picking, on‑time delivery, and polite & professional face‑to‑face customer interaction. Your day will be split 40/60 between warehouse duties and delivery driving, preparing your van for each day’s routes and supporting goods‑in activities when required. Responsibilities Accurate order picking and warehousing operations. Multi‑drop delivery driving, ensuring on‑time delivery. Preparing van for each day, ensuring readiness of routes. Support goods‑in activities as necessary. Provide professional customer interaction and relationship building. Qualifications & Behavioural Competencies Driving: Valid UK driving licence for at least 12 months, no more than 3 points, over 21 years of age. Experience: Proven multi‑drop delivery and basic warehouse experience. Communication: Great conversational skills for customer and colleague engagement. Adaptability: Ability to switch tasks to support business needs. Collaboration: Build partnerships and work with others towards shared objectives. Takes Accountability: Take action, overcome obstacles, and meet commitments. Customer Focus: Build strong customer relationships and deliver solutions.
