Description
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations across all manufacturing activities.
Develop and maintain quality control systems to monitor production processes effectively.
Conduct regular quality audits and provide detailed reports on findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Analyse quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Provide technical support to the engineering and manufacturing teams on quality-related matters.
Assist in training staff to ensure quality standards are understood and upheld.Profile
A successful Quality Engineer should have:
A strong educational background in engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in quality assurance within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Knowledge of ISO standards and other relevant quality frameworks.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret quality data.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
