Our range of sterile and non-sterile products are used to support healthcare provision and aseptic production within hospitals, pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratories, and veterinary practice.We are the part of Clinimed Holdings Limited, a group of companies established in 1982 through the acquisition and formation of various entities within the group.Job Summary:We are looking for a driven Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of a specialist product portfolio, including Aseptic Compounding, Oncology, Enteral Feeding, and In-Line Disc Filters.You will act as the voice of the customer, turning clinical needs and market insights into product solutions and marketing strategies that support growth and meet regulatory standards. The role involves close collaboration with healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal teams such as Sales, NPD, and Leadership.Based at Helapet’s Head Office in Houghton Regis, the role requires regular field visits (approx. two days per week) to engage with customers and key stakeholders.Contributory Pension Scheme (5% employer contribution, increasing to 10% with length of service)Medical Cash Back Plan (Simply Health)Life Assurance (4 x Annual Gross)Annual Performance BonusAnnual Pay ReviewCycle to Work SchemeEmployee Referral SchemeDiscounts on Selected Products and ServicesEmployee Assistance Programme – Health25 annual holiday days, plus 8 bank holidays and one company dayAdditional Holiday purchase scheme (purchase up to an additional 3-days per holiday year)Job Responsibilities:Lead and execute product strategies aligned with company goals.Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-market support.Use data, market insights, and customer feedback to shape product plans and KPIs.Identify market opportunities, gaps, and tactical initiatives to drive growth.Marketing & Commercial DevelopmentDevelop and deliver promotional campaigns across the full marketing mix.Plan and manage product launches and UK exhibitions.Measure campaign performance and report ROI to stakeholders.Build strong relationships with Key Leaders (KOLs) and customers.Generate new product ideas through collaboration and industry engagement.Organise advisory boards and customer interviews to validate opportunities.NPD & ComplianceLead or support New Product Development (NPD) through the stage-gate process.Maintain a strong product pipeline and ensure compliance with Quality and Regulatory standards.Promote innovation and process improvements using data-driven insights.Personal Specifications:Degree-level education in Life Sciences or HealthcareProven experience in Marketing of Medical Devices.Strong background in Product Management, including full lifecycle involvement from concept through to commercial launch.Demonstrated success in building and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.Track record of successful product launches and consistent high performance.Experience conducting market research, competitor analysis, and developing business cases for new medical devices.Regular engagement with clinical teams, internal sales teams, and end users to inform product direction.Direct customer interaction, including one-on-one meetings with clinicians, to gather insights and feedback.Experience collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to shape product strategy and executionProfessional qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.Specific experience in Aseptic Compounding or Oncology is highly beneficial.Experience working closely with KOLs in the Aseptic or Oncology space.Proven success in managing medical device products from initial concept through to market launch.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProduct Management and MarketingIndustryHospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr
