Job DescriptionRole: Fulfilment ManagerLocation: SandyHours: 8AM - 4PM (flexible)Salary: 32000 - 35000Were looking for an experienced Fulfilment Manager to lead a busy fulfilment operation keep stock accurate and ensure all client orders are processed correctly and on time. This role suits someone hands-on organised and confident managing people in a fast-paced production packing or print environment.What will you be doingOversee daily fulfilment activity stock control and documentation.Ensure all goods in/out meet customer SLAs.Lead support and train the fulfilment team.Maintain accurate data on Workx/MIS systems.Support incoming/outgoing deliveries when required.Work closely with Operations Production and Client Services to improve processes and drive efficiencies.Experience/qualifications required:Experience in fulfilment/production/packing (5 years ideal).Confident people manager with a hands-on approachStrong attention to detail and able to work under pressure.Good communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.Reliable organised and committed to delivering a high standard of work.If you have experience in a supervisor or manager position in a stores warehouse or fulfilment environment then we want to hear from youRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Restaurant Experience,Customer Service,Employee Evaluation,Management Experience,Math,Employment & Labor Law,Sanitation,Leadership Experience,P&L Management,Mentoring,Supervising Experience,Restaurant Management Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
