Then this could be the role for you.You will welcome, support, and advise customers on their savings accounts through a variety of methods.While your focus will be on providing excellent customer service, you will be doing this through cashiering, actioning admin tasks and a whole lot more.This role is varied and interesting, and no day will be the same,Essential skills and experienceSome experience of working with internal and/or external customers to ensure the highest quality service experience.Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills.Desirable skills and experienceMicrosoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and Office365.We want to help you develop – we are accredited by the Financial Services National College for the quality of our learning and development practices.
