The product range is supported with market expertise, marketing, promotional and reseller resources and materials and an aftersales service.

We’re in search of a **Telemarketing/ Telesales Professional** to provide telemarketing and telesales services for Beaverswood, a growing manufacturer in the industrial and office products sector. The role is to grow our distributor and resellerchannel across the UK and Europe.

Our new Telemarketing colleague will be responsible for:

- Qualifying inbound leads, converting them from marketing qualified to sales qualified
- Following up on leads from specific campaigns, such as events and exhibitions or sponsored social lead generation
- Targeting prospects within specified customer and/or industry sectors
- Initial meetings with prospects, via Teams or telephone, to qualify their requirements through a solutions based approach
- Setting up new customer accounts (where applicable)
- Initial and refresher product training with resellers

Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, this newly created role is initially offered as a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, with the intention that the role will become permanent and possibly expand if success is demonstrated.
- An agile communicator who can adapt to engage customers
- Natural ability to quickly establish rapport and nurture relationships
- Experienced in converting active enquiries into trading customers, as well as nurture prospects
- An astute individual who is able to learn very quickly the industry, products and proposition of the business
- The ability to self-start and remain motivated to deliver optimal results is key to this role
- Results-orientated and accountable for achieving measurable targets
