LeedsStudent Medical Practice and The Light Surgery Primary Care Network (LSMP &TLS PCN Ltd) are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and forward-thinkingClinical Pharmacist.This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and innovativemultidisciplinary team, working alongside the PCN Senior Clinical Pharmacist,the established pharmacy team and PCN Clinical Directors. The role offerssignificant involvement in direct patient care, with a focus on structuredmedication reviews and medicines optimisation.While experience in primary care and service development is desirable, it isnot essential. The successful candidate will be supported to complete the CPPEPrimary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway if not already undertaken, withdedicated mentoring from the Senior Clinical Pharmacist and GPs.
