DHU will acknowledge continued service pay within the scope of this role.What your typical day looks like:Practicing autonomously across the four pillars of advanced practice: clinical practice, leadership and management, education and research.Utilising advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, treat, and refer patients requiring the clinical service.Recognising the need for, initiating, and interpreting relevant diagnostic investigations.Recognising the need for and initiating advice of relevant specialisms where appropriate.Exhibiting excellent communication skills when dealing with patients and carers, making clear decisions confidently and communicating effectively.Maintaining appropriate clinical records in line with current practice guidelines.Working within your skills and knowledge, recognising limitations and working within the bounds of your training and capability according to regulatory codes of conduct.To be a successful Advanced Practitioner you’ll need:Registered Adult Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), Paramedic with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC), or Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).Registered as an independent non-medical prescriber.Experience in autonomous practice working within a multi-professional team.Ability to complete a concise clinical history and physical examination.Employee benefits:At DHU Healthcare, we believe in rewarding your hard work and dedication.
