Join to apply for the Pricing Analytics Manager role at Klarna Base pay range What You Will Do The Pricing Analytics Manager works in the Pricing team, which owns Klarna’s overall pricing strategy and is responsible for ensuring competitive and scalable pricing models across various markets, products and partners. As a member of the Pricing team, you will play a key role in shaping Klarna’s pricing strategy and driving commercial impact across the business. You will collaborate closely with Business Developers, Engineers, and Product Managers, working at the intersection of the Commercial, Financial, and Product organizations. Your main focus will be to deliver both quantitative and qualitative insights that enable smarter decision‑making within the team and across Klarna. You will help identify opportunities to optimize pricing performance and unlock new sources of revenue, ensuring that we continue to deliver value for our partners, consumers, and the company. Develop and refine Klarna’s merchant and consumer pricing strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth. Build business cases for new opportunities and provide analytical support to inform key commercial decisions. Conduct profitability and ad‑hoc analyses across merchants, consumers, segments, products, and competitors to identify risks, opportunities, and levers for optimization. Partner with cross‑functional teams to design and evaluate strategic, value‑adding programs that enhance Klarna’s and partners’ performance, and quantify their commercial impact. Drive regional pricing and policy optimizations, ensuring alignment with local risk profiles and market dynamics. Continuously improve processes and analytical frameworks to deliver faster, sharper, and more actionable pricing insights. Who You Are Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of financial statements. Experience in building pricing strategies and frameworks. Experience with data mining principles and querying data sets (e.g., using SQL for collecting data from multiple data systems). Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess and analyze the market to produce industry analysis and provide guidance. Proactive and adaptable individual with a strong willingness to take initiative and tackle diverse challenges. Strong project management skills – you are capable of originating and executing multiple work streams independently, working across various stakeholders and competencies.
