Responsibilities Work as part of the Alternative Learning Pathway team at Draycott Moor School – Stoke. Deliver 1‑1 education to students in the community, homes or other non‑school settings. Attend meetings and training at the school and, when required, cover lessons or provide support in school. Build and maintain excellent educational relationships with pupils who have struggled in a school environment. Be a car owner and driver to travel to different student locations. Minimum Requirements Up‑to‑date safeguarding and child protection qualifications or equivalent knowledge and experience. At least 1 year of experience working with SEN/SEMH children in a 1‑1 setting, based in the community or home. Current driver’s licence and own vehicle. Ideal Candidate Passionate and energetic, able to create exciting and engaging lessons for students. Initiative, vision, excellent planning and organisational skills. Preferably experience and passion for working with students with SEN/SEMH in a 1‑1 or small group setting.
