We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Assistant Reception Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Assistant Reception Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the front‑of‑house operations, ensuring the smooth flow of guest services, and contributing to the overall excellence of our dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the reception area, managing reservations and coordinating with the front‑of‑house team. Open Table experience. Assist in ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests from arrival to departure. Handle guest inquiries, providing information about the restaurant and assisting with special requests. Work closely with the management team to organize and execute private events and functions. Collaborate with other staff members to maintain an efficient and harmonious working environment. Support the Reception Manager in daily administrative tasks. Requirements: Previous experience in a receptionist or assistant manager role within the hospitality industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle guest interactions with professionalism. Familiarity with reservation systems and basic administrative tasks.
