Overview Architect - AJ100 Award-Winning Practice | Hybrid | £47,000-£48,000 We're working with an AJ100, award-winning architectural practice renowned for its design excellence and collaborative culture. The team is looking for a Part 3 qualified Architect with 2-3 years post-Part 3 experience to join their growing studio. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to landmark commercial office and mixed-use projects across the UK, working alongside a talented, supportive team that values creativity, technical precision, and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the design and delivery of commercial office and mixed-use projects across all stages, with particular involvement in early design and technical stages. Prepare and develop detailed Revit models, drawings, and technical documentation. Collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure project quality and delivery. Participate in design reviews and support project leaders in presentations and coordination tasks. Maintain strong awareness of UK Building Regulations, construction standards, and industry best practice. About You Part 3 qualified Architect with 2-3 years post-Part 3 experience. Experience working on commercial office projects in the UK (mixed-use experience is a plus). Proficient in Revit - essential. Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial office or mixed-use project experience. Confident, proactive, and highly collaborative, team player. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. What\'s on Offer Salary: £47,000-£48,000, depending on experience. Hybrid working model promoting work-life balance.
