OverviewA fantastic opportunity with a multi-award winning Architectural Practice based in Central London for a Project Architect to join their Health Care team. The practice is established with multiple offices and is seeking a London-based Project Architect who is highly proficient in Revit, with the ability to run projects and manage project teams within the Healthcare sector.The position is within the Healthcare team, but candidates with experience on large-scale projects and project running experience who have a genuine interest in Healthcare will be considered. The practice has delivered multiple high-value projects across the healthcare sector, working with NHS trusts and private health boards, offering a diverse workload across public and private healthcare projects. The role can be based at any of their offices, preferably London or Bristol.Salary and benefits are competitive and reflect experience, with a commitment to professional development and working alongside an experienced team in the architectural field.ResponsibilitiesLead and run projects within the Healthcare sector, coordinating and managing project teams.Work on a variety of large-scale healthcare projects across public and private sectors.Collaborate with NHS trusts and private health boards as part of project delivery.Ensure technical delivery of projects in line with schedules, budgets, and Building Regulations.QualificationsRIBA Part 3 qualified Architect4+ years minimum post-qualification UK experienceARB registered (Desirable)Full proficiency in REVIT (Essential) demonstrated in portfolioExperience working on large-scale projects (Essential)Healthcare experience (Desirable)Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and construction methodsProven ability to run teams and projectsExperience across all RIBA stagesExcellent communication and time management skillsBenefitsProfessional memberships paidLife insurance (x2 salary)Discretionary annual bonusDiscretionary loyalty bonus (increases with each completed year of service)Pension scheme23 days leave plus bank holidaysExtra leave for 5/10/15 years of serviceFlexible hours and hybrid workingA competitive salary will be on offer for the successful Project Architect, likely in the region of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
